About Propertize.ca

Propertize.ca was created because the existing government of New Brunswick website was difficult to use.

I simply wanted to view my assessment (along with the rest of my street) without needing to lookup taxing authority codes, navigate though pages of results, and write down all of the details myself.

This application screen-scrapes the information that is publicly available on the Service New Brunswick website and transforms this information into an easy-to-read (and sort) grid format - saving you the hassle of doing this manually on the SNB site. I also geocode the results so they can be displayed inside a google map below the table.

As this application simply accesses the SNB website for you, it can break when something changes, so please report any issues you see and keep sending me your suggestions for improvements
